Bellevue Distillery in Guadeloupe has been producing rum for over 300 years. Located in the eastern Caribbean islands, Guadeloupe used to be a French colony and is now an overseas province of France. Even after all these years, the island still produces a third of the agricultural area and is still a primary source of sugar cane raw material for rum production. The nine distilleries in Guadeloupe are all family-owned, and the oldest among them is the Belju Distillery.

Nestled in the heart of the sugar cane region, Belju Distillery is not only a beautiful resort but also the first rum distillery in the entire Caribbean to propose an environmentally friendly, 100% eco-friendly production process. The distillery uses continuous stills to make rum that has a unique taste and aroma.

When you taste this rum, you will experience a beautiful and complex blend of flavors. The aroma is reminiscent of a forest with a slightly woody flavor of grass and the comfort of mint. It's like visiting an old street grass line, where the air spills dry grass tea with a musky aroma. The palate is smooth and refreshing, with hints of ice sugar, fairy grass, and spring water like longan honey. It saturates your tatste buds, leaving a sweet sugarcane aroma on the tail fin.

Bellevue's rum is free from any additives or flavorings, making it a great option for those who prefer a pure and natural taste. The distillery's commitment to environmental sustainability and quality has earned it a reputation as a trustworthy and reliable source of rum, making it a top choice for anyone looking for a unique and high-quality rum experience.
